Somebody backed into my car. Will insurance cover for an M-tech front
#1
So I'm new to the forum, and this is my first post. Anyways a girl backed into my car today, and I was wondering if any of you knew if insurance would cover putting the m-tech front bumper on my 07 530i? I'm pretty sure they come stock on the new 550i's now, so that's what sparked this idea . Thanks for the input!!

Hi mate,
My girl friend is a manager for an insurance company and shes told me that insurance will only cover what the car has fitted as standard. IE will not cover modifications or anything thats not initialy put on by BMW when the car was made.
If you want any more info let me know

Thanks for the help!! One more question though... Will I be able to pick the shop where they fix my car? I was going to call my local BMW dealer and see where they have their work done, and get my car done at the same place. I'd rather not have some random shop fix and paint my car.
