Hi All, some of my iDrive settings are always at a setting I had months ago. Examples: radio station, navigation recent destinations, and treble/bass settings.
Everything works - I can change any settings and works fine. It just does not remember any changes I make.

Battery has been checked.
Both keys do the same thing, EXCEPT, the settings are slightly different from 1 key. It seems that it's loading the "old" settings from the keys fine.

It seems the mechanism is not saving or rewriting new information to the key.

Any suggestions?
