My Ride: 525d Automatic Silver grey with beige dakota leather, Blue tooth, extended lights xenon head lights, park distance, 138 wheels,extended aircon, service inclusive
Have just had software updated to version 17 . Many improvements made especially with bluetooth. Seams to connect to phone much quicker.
However I seam to had lost the ability to tick the AUTO box on the Air distribution page. Auto box no longer there. Does new software version omit this or do I have a problem.
Any comments much appreciated.

Its gone now...you just hit the auto button on the controls....also, the indicator at the bottom Left of the idrive no longer shows A or vent settings....you have no fault.

Other changes found are as follows
The ability to turn rds on and off
Ability to day time running lights
Icon to notify missed calls
hourly chime signal
ps not sure what original software version was but car was built in may 2004

Some of the items u have are not available in US spec E60s.
