Here's an update on the problems I recently posted.

1. The adaptive headlights do swivel, but only if I'm going at least 10 or 15 mph. Before the update, they would swivel at any speed. When I'm going slowly through a parking garage or other tight corners, the lights stay straight even when I'm turning sharply. Once out on the road at higher speeds, the lights behave like they did before the software upgrade.

2. The trunk lid does open on the first press of the key button, but I have to hold the button longer than I used to. This was probably just a safety precaution since a brief press of the button could launch the lid without warning.

Got the car back yesterday and I did not see any changes except it takes longer to open the trunk via remote, to include all of my NAV address book settings are gone. I had to reset date/time and the CD pause still does not work.

This was a wasted software update from what I can tell at the moment.

All other functions work as they did before.

Has anyone else found newer problems?

The update didn't effect my headlights. They still turn right even when standing> Left only at 15 mph. This is the way it was before as well.
