Is 16.2 now available almost everywhere or still a rare find here in the USA, NYC?

I just had mine updated (Jan 2004 build). No problems so far, and I like the perspective Nav view. I was actually hoping they'd need to replace my TCU since I have a 2004 car (I want bluetooth)....but no such luck. I did get Sirius installed, which is great so far - and they did give me 1 year free without even asking.
BTW - My work invoice says I was upgraded to v16.3, which is strange b/c I thought the latest version was v16.2.

I'm getting updated next week as well. The shop foreman said that they have 16.3 now. This is in SoCal. BTW, right after I made the appt. I had the nasty Steptronic slam shift experience again. I hope this fixes it. It scared the heck out of me.

CIP 16.2 is the best one so far. The only minor problem left is the transmission software in D mode which needs to be improved due to early torque converter lock-up at above 38mph @ 1900 rpm causing slowliness.

OK, I like the perspective view and stuff like that... But I have a lot of problems that I didn't have with 15.??... Sometimes when I step out of the car, the stereo doesn't stop playing... From the night form yesterday it made the bat. to run out... I had to call BMW support to fix it...
