I've been really considering this mod since I plan on keeping car for a long while, anyone have any suggestions where to look to find the required parts? (I know i'll have to get the parts from an M5 and thats about all i know)

If I recall correctly this was about $1300 in new parts for all 4 doors but one doesn't have to do all the doors.
I still have in mind to do just the driver door. I won't pretend to think all my passengers know anything about it nor should they and they will close the doors without regard to having the soft close feature anyway.

Yea, I was thinking about just modding the front doors only because (in my case at least) the front two seats are the most commonly used & it can save some off the price tag....l I hope the driver seat used in others cars too
