My Ride: 2007 Titanium Gray 550i, with sport, nav, HUD, Logic7, sat radio, cold weather, rear side airbags, rear seat heaters, and it goes like a bat outta hell!

Actually, it's all part of BMW's new tech training program...first, they have to fully disassemble the vehicle blindfolded, and the reassemble the car blindfolded........it's some sort of new certification thing

Everything except the doors makes me think it was massive engine work, something that required engine removal. Either that or frame work. All those parts look absolutely pristine.


Maybe it's an upcoming episode of "Monster Garage". Hehehe.

My Ride: 2004 545i - 6 speed manual (July 04 build), silver-grey/black, sports package std equipment (18", active roll, active steering, adaptive headlights), premium sound, bluetooth enabled, folding rear seat, lumbar, 3m hood/bumper protective film, rear tint, euro reflectors.

My guess is the backend got toasted. Hard to believe they would dismental a car because of engine work - new engine and send it to auction.
