My Ride: 2004 545i - 6 speed manual (July 04 build), silver-grey/black, sports package std equipment (18", active roll, active steering, adaptive headlights), premium sound, bluetooth enabled, folding rear seat, lumbar, 3m hood/bumper protective film, rear tint, euro reflectors.
You should be able to order an 05 into June. I ordered my 04 at the end of May last year and it was an early July build.
They build 05 through August, so you may even have till late in June to order.
If you are in a hurry, you can even modify a current dealer stock order that has a build date (up to a certain status).
