You really need a set of snow tires. I have Dunlop Wintersport M3 and haven't had a problem yet.

You know what would also help in the snow? If you had one of the splitters added to your front bumper. It can serve as a snow plow.

The tire people really don't want to remove the run flats and put them back on in spring, and I'm not crazy about bad looking aftermarket wheels, so what to do? park it and drive the suburban when it's slippery, or steal my wife's 530XI with snows. Any great suggestions?
