Today, I started my car that was sitting in garage for 1 weeks, to warm up my car. But I saw smoke coming out from the car at first start. Is it normal? is it relate to cold weather? since it's only 15F here right now.

Thanks in advance

Where was the smoke coming from?
- Exhaust? probably just burning off a bit of oil or something?
- Somewhere else? Not good.
- Are you certain it was smoke not steam?

It was white smelly white smoke from exhaust.
Smoke comes out little, soon as I start the engine then regular white smoke when weather is cold.. I can tell this is not white smoke during cold weather.

Oh and I remember when I had first BMW 325 IS back in 89 that samething happened, but dealer told me white smelly smoke should be normal when I start the engine.. but I don't want to believe that, even my $25k Honda accord doesn't have white smoke even with 100k miles on it..
