What you mean "it is completely normal"? Does anybody experience something like I described?
Thanks a lot to all. Will keep searching for the problem. New ideas are welcome.

  3. Sometimes water and road grime coats the exhaust system and will burn off under hard driving but not as noticeable at low speeds. A good under-car wash might be in order if 1 & 2 are not the problem.
Well those are my 3 thoughts ...

OH - forgot one ... any small animals reported missing in your neighborhood
1. I have 530... Oil consumption is perfectly normal. Have already checked for oil leak - there are no leaks apparent.
2. Coolant level is Ok too.
3. Under-car wash...should the plastic protection of cars' bottom be removed? Otherwise I see no sense in under-car wash.
Thank you for sharing your thoughts.

After a drive, also check the rear of the car - if you have a leak sometimes oil will collect at the rear of the car, creating an oily mist. The mist may cue you in on what type of oil it maybe.

From what you described, the smell is completely temporary following a hard drive. In my experience from track days and performance driving schools, cars have these smells following hard driving. You are pushing the components into thermal levels they do not get during everyday driving.

when you push the engine hard, excessive blow-by gasses are released into the crankcase. normally these gasses are recirculated back in to the intake. it sounds like your gasses are leaking out somewhere.
