Slight Rear Right Tilt

So I'm staring at my car out of my office window right now and notice that my car in the rear is ever so slightly leaning right in the back. I went outside being the paranoid SOB that I am with my car and noticed that when I put my hand between the gap of the rear fender and top of the tire there is about a 1/2" difference compared to the left and right, (right side sitting lower).

Think it is the ground or the spring is bad? These springs are less than 1 year old. Could that be possible with a quality product like H&R? Or could this be my Koni shocks?

Normal BMW setup while driver set down, left and right side will become in the same height.

Um, I'm an idiot. I moved my car to a diff parking spot and checked. Car is level. =p

I think the first parking spot was "more level". When unoccupied, your car should appear a little high on the front left corner. BMW sets up the suspension to accommodate the driver's weight. Part of getting the handling the Ultimate Driving Machine is known for...
