Slight pinging on 550i

Does anyone experience light pinging while car is under light load? I hear very slight ping sound when I depress gas pedal. 
I experience rough idling like the car is choking in the very early morning (my car is garaged) every other day
My car has Progman 23.

Thanks. I saw your post, and I'm waiting for widely available new software update if any in the future.
But the the light pinging, there is no resolution as yet.
