Single disc CD player an option?

My Ride: 2007 Mercedes Benz e63 AMG
I was at my dealer this past week to put down a deposit for the 550i.
While there, the salesman told me that he wasnt sure whether the 2007 550i with Logic 7 option would still have the single disc CD slot in the dash, and we'd have to wait and see.
What the hell is he talking about? Does the car still have a 6 disc in the glove box? I was in a hurry and should have asked more questions...
Anyone know what he was talking about?

single CD in dash is standard, no matter Logic 7 is ordered or not. you can order 6 disc CD in the glove box as optional.

I have a 520D M-Sport on order with delivery due on 1st March. I have specified a 6 slot CD stacker. From reading this, do I take it that i wont have i-pod compatability? Both my daughters have i-pods and I will probably end up with one and wanted the flexibility of both multiple CDs and i-pod. Any answers?
