I have 2006, 530i. Since yesterday I have been getting this message "side window anti-trap function failure" and my rear right window is jammed closed. I am not able to open it. Every time I pull or push down the button there is a click sound and nothing else happens! I have tried to read on the forums but didnt find any post that had 'window jammed' as well.
Any idea what could be the issue. All help is welcome.

sounds like your motor might be bad if u hear clicking and there is no movement...
getting it fixed at the dealer might be pricey, if that is indeed the problem i would get the motor from a junkyard and have a local shop instal it...
goodluck tho!

I had the same issue when the dealer did a program update to the car. I took the car back to the dealer and all they had to do was reinitialize all the windows and everything is all good now.
