Side to Side shaking - 2005 530i
#1
I have an 05 530i with about 40,000 miles. The car is 100% stock, including wheels and tires. It's still under factory warranty until the end of April. In the last couple of weeks, I have noticed a side to side shimmy when I am going between 20-30 mph.
At first I thought it was because of rough roads, but it seems to happen no matter where I am. Any thoughts?
I'm inclined to take it to the dealer and have them check it out.
Has anyone else experienced the same issue?
Thanks.

Check the tires, are they cupped?

Take it to the dealer while you still have factory warranty.
Start making a laundry list - creek in the dask? Tell em. Sun roof rattle? Let em know. transmission slippin a lil - get it documented. Once that warranty runs out, these cars get real expensive quickly.
