I posted a list of all teh service bulletin titles, areas and BMW descriptor as best I could over on teh Dealer Purchase and Service Forum. There is a paid subscription service that allows you in, but pretty pricey. I figured once in I could at least get titles and pass them on. I may or may not be able to provide full text upon request.

Thanks for the info! What's the web site to read the TIS reports? I know there's a charge, but I would like to read a few of them. I believe they have a one day use don't they? I would appreciate it if someone can give me the address!
