Does anyone have any data on this bulletin? I've seen it listed as "Loss of power while decelerating & turning or coming to a stop". This seems to perfectly describe a problem I've been noticing on my 2004 545i (I'm a new owner). I've got a service scheduled for next week (unrelated issue) and maybe I can try to get this fixed as well. It never hurts to have a bit more info to help the SA.

Thanks in advance!

Excellent -- Thanks!

Yes, it's an SMG car. I'm a month into learning how to drive it properly -- a little finesse with the accelerator pedal goes a long way in smoothness. Pretty much night and day better now than the first couple of days.

Funny, I never had that issue with my SMG car (and it was one of the first ones produced...)

Glad you're over the hump in the SMG learning curve! Believe me, you will constantly improve but very soon, if it hasn't happened already, everything will just happen -- you won't even have to think about what you're doing...
