Here is the configuration:
550i
Mystic blue
Auburn/Maple Anthracite
Sport Package
Premium Sound Package
Cold Weather Package (for my wife)
Comfort Seats
Active Steering
60/40 rear split seats
Navigation
Power rear sunshade/manual side
M aero kit
I got my dealer to agree to $1200 over ED invoice, but at the moment she is at $1400, as she added $200 on top of the M aero kit, and I'm still getting her back down to her originally agreed upon price.
I plan to head to Europe with my wife for our honeymoon 10 years late in mid-March.

Best luck to you on your negotiation. As a point of reference, my deal was $1K over ED invoice for a similar configuration. My ED car arrives in the US tomorrow. Great honeymoon gift!

vnod - what do you mean, exactly, about 'watch where you park'? Overnight, or just anytime?
Midnight - $1k over ED invoice is probably unheard of in SoCal, where the demand is so high. I'm happy to get $1200 over, as long as she does $1200 and not the extra $200 as well.

Previous Ride - 2002 540 6-speed, sport, turning in with 114,000 wonderful miles
Sounds nice, similar color scheme to mine, except I chose Monaco Blue. Yours sounds cool too. Good Luck with your trip!

Nice color and config My mystic blue seems darker than my 330i was and I think you'll really like it too...What tranny are you going with?
I think the deals will get sweeter as time passes and more 550i's are on the lots here in California.
