After deciding to stick with my baby till the wheels fall off, I bought a set of Michellin PS2. In short, I love them.
The Pirellis' were POS. I got my Ultimate Driving Machine back at 45000+ miles. Hopefully it will last till 250,000 miles!!!!!

WOW, thats a lot of miles! You think can E60 can hold up that long?
I'd say yeah if its all highway miles. I just crossed the 111K marker. I drive like all over the place.
I think I put on sometimes about 1K a week...

Thank you all for your advice.
BTW, my sales advisor in Little Rock let me drive the double clutch M3. Man, that thing is wicked. But it didn't have the kick a$s acceleration the 535 gives you at low speed!!!!!!
Also drove the F01 750li non-sport. Not impressed. I hate the nostrils (the mammoth grills) and the car did not have that firm, sporty feel (but then again, it was a non-sport). Interior was excellent but the car was too big for my taste.

No, the Pirellis' were not run flats. The were P zero nero something
The PS2 are also not RF and are 18"
The stock tires were the Dunlop RF which lasted 18000 miles and were actually better than the Pirellis.
