Everytime I was my car she starts complaining ( no I?m not insane! ).

It?s a high frequency noice that starts almost immediately after I start spraying water over the car.

To me it sound like it?s coming from the Active Cruise Control sensor in the front spoiler. Maybe it?s trying to get rid of the water on the sensor / transmitter?

Crazy or what?

This noice can continue ( in intervals ) for 30 min sometimes.

I've heard the sound too. Not sure what the source is, but believe it's normal.

I heard a sound while washing my car today. It wasn't a constant sound but a recurring sound which occurs every minute or so. It appeared to come from the radiator area under kidney grill. Was rather hot today while washing the car. So maybe water getting near the radiator or something like that???

I heard it for the first time today when washing too. I first noticed it while scrubbing the front bumper, then it was louder near the right front wheel. It sounded like a cross between buzzing and squealing, and would last for about a minute then stop, then randomly repeated a few times. It was much louder than the typical humming and buzzing you hear when unlocking the doors or other common sounds.

While I was drying the car, it started again, so I popped the hood and it was much louder. I couldn't locate the source before it stopped again, but it's definately near the front right side of the engine.
