Nice job. The transformation is impressive. I have the same color 530I and have ordered the SL trim and will be doing the same. Are the wheels OEM or aftermarket? Can you notice a difference in the ride between the 17? wheels and the 18?s?

Thanks!

The wheels are OEM's and it's 19" not 18". I had the Starspoke 123 (18") earlier and the 19"'s are not stiffer (not even compared with 17" RFT).

Looks much better - shadowline trip really suits black body colour.

How much was it to buy all the shadowline trim pieces?

Did you ask your dealer to quote for fitting (from your instructions it seems like only an hour or two's work) before deciding to do it yourself?

I want the high gloss conversion. Anyone know which parts are high gloss? just the B-Pillers or are there more?

All eight parts were some 180 EUR including freight (I ordered them from Germany). No, I didn't ask my dealer as wanted to try myself first. Yes, count 1,5 - 2 hours for all four doors. The first one takes a bit longer as you want to be sure not to damage anything.
