Hello everyone,
I am a proud owner of 06 525xi with 800 miles. This car drives great but I got Service Engine Soon light twice! It's not from fueling while engine is on. The dealer replaced a temp sensor at 400 miles.
The second SES light came on at 800 miles with brief iDrive lockup. iDrive is back in commision but SES still on. What is going on? How common is this problems?
Frustrated.
p.s. BMW Assist told me that different fuels can do this. Is that true?
