maybe someone knows why service requirements menu is grayed out?

Could be an issue with a module. You need to read the DTC codes.

There are no dtc but anyway found a solution for this issue. I added a new coding for this module and looks like it helped. Now I can access to this menu, but remaining mileage doesnt change.

Did you try to default code it. It should of came right back. Did you purchase it this way?

Yep, I tried but nothing have changed. Interesting is that ip shows 16000km left until oil change but ccc screen shows 30000km

Because the VO was coded and the modules weren't. I think VO, KOMBI and DME needs to be coded when interval is changed.
