The following happened to me twice in the last three days:
I had a passenger (passenger seat) whom I dropped off, while the engine was running.
After the door was closed and I continued my drive, the seatbelt chime went on immediately.
I had to plug the passengers seatbelt in to stop the chime.
Anybody else experienced this before ?
Is this an error of the sensor (does it need to be replaced ?), or is this a software problem ?
Any ideas, suggestions, before I stop in at my dealer ?

Hi Iceman,
I had exactly the same problem once.
Last week, when upgrading to V.12, the technician told me that he couldn't find any problem with the sensor, so i presume it's a software glitch. It happened just once with V.11.2
Let's see if it happens again with V.12 ...

I guess I'll watch it and wait until I get the software update what brings MP3 and DVD ability...

It's not really annoying, since it's easy to solve.
Thanks again for the reply !

That's what I meant when saying 'easy to solve'
Thanks for the reply.
At least I know I'm not alone with that problem.

Not sure what version the car has.Had a problem raising drivers window today,it would only go up half way and then down to a quarter. It was like the window sensor was sensing there was something caught as it was going up,took about 15 Min's to get it closed.
