Has anyone had any problems with their seatbelts being STUCK in the latch? Its really stuck, you can pull it hard and its not coming out at all. And yes, im actually pressing the red button to release the latch 
!
Its happening now in my 535 and is also happening in my co-workers 335i coupe.

Sounds like it is back to the dealer for you. Big safety issue that I am sure they will prioritize.
