Seat memory slowly looses settings

Has anyone else had a problem with the seat memory slowly loosing settings for position 1 and 2?

I have a 2006 530xiT.

So define "slowly" loosing settings? Seems odd...

By loosing memory do you mean the steering wheel, or seat settings gradually change over time? I noticed my steering wheel gradually crept up and seat back gradually reclined more. Other things may have changed but I reset them all when this happens.
