I noticed that my comfort seats seem to heat up differently than my sport seats did. When I turn on the seat heat..the back and bottom heat up very quickly and then after a minute or two the side bolsters and thigh support kick in. I think it may be that the new seat control module utilizes that fast heating option. Has anyone noticed this or might be able to try their own comfort seats and let me know? Balance control in iDrive works just fine and the seats work through all three ranges of heat settings. I think it is just normal.

Thanks

I agree that the seat heats pretty quickly. However, I dont see my thigh support heating at all.

Is this supposed to heat up also in the comfort seats ?. Everyday in the morning when I switch on the seat heating, I find it not good that this part alone in the seat does not heat up. I thought it was a bad design by BMW not to enable heating
