So I have a decent length scratch just behind the passenger door below the trunk . It's not very deep, about what a thorn bush could do, but my car is black so it's clearly annoying. Anyone have a good remedy/product to take care of it?

Thanks!

I *NEVER* drop my car off at valet anymore if I can help it and if I have to, then I'll thoroughly inspect the car before leaving. Sounds like a pain, but you can only make a claim against the valet company before you leave.

After that, it's really hard to make a claim.

Learned that from personal experience after dropping off my Audi for valet service at a fancy restaurant. It was an office party and I was in a bit of a "festive mood" afterwards and didn't noticed that my leather armrest had been ripped. Costed about $270 to replace and it was their word against mine since they claim it could've happened after they released the car to me.

No, just in a festive mood. Only had 2 glasses of wine.

It'd help if people know what your location is. So, local members can recommend some body shops or other options for you.

Welcome to the forum!

+1 never use valet.

I use to valet back in the day. When we got an AMG, Porsche, BMW, Ferrari, Corvette, etc we drove them hard!!!

One time when I had the day off my fellow co workers blew out a Dodge Viper engine. Never found out who it was,
they all kept quite about it and told the boss no one did it. The viper had to be towed out of there.

I once got a 360 Ferrari up to 90mph on dtown roads. Very stupid, but I was very young

That's a good idea. I have a stupid friend that does valet and he took an Audi S8 into a residential neighborhood and got up to 140mph.
I never ever drop my car off at valet especially if there is some young prick who was still driving with his parents a week ago.
