There was a thread here with great pics of Lomag's wheel pre/post repair. You might want to look for that one in your search.
If I remember correctly, one of the techniques used is sanding-down the scratch, polish, and air-brushed to the correct color...but don't take my word for it. You'll find answers in that thread.

There are three that I know.
Mike at Sin Wee Chuan, ph 91074888 - he removes the whole wheel and does a total respray. Cost is approx SGD 100.00 per wheel
Ah Long, ph 97361513 - I use him all the time. He's good with your paintwork also. Cost is approx SGD 80.00 per wheel
Angie (former SQ stewardess) at Yew Lip, ph 64536600. Her dad does a reasonable job. As for Angie, she's got a good looking ass. Oh yeah, got carried away that I almost forgot to mention that they charge approx SGD 25.00 per wheel. Workmanship is so so.
I personally prefer Ah Long since I go to him for all sorts of paint jobs also. His shop is abit off the way, along Teban Gardens Cresent.
