Hope everyone is enjoying the holidays!
This afternoon I attempted to use the navigation on my 2004 545i. The Nav function was acting strangely, so I ejected the DVD. While inspecting the DVD I noticed a large scratch mark down the center of the disk, which I believe is causing the unit to malfunction.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can get the DVD replaced?
Thanks!

Run WARM water on the DVD and with a facial tissue very gently with a small amount of dish washing soap clean off the DVD,rinse under WARM water and dry it off with facial tissues.Good luck.
