I would just go with the paint pen from the dealer as the easy route or you might be able to find a suitable color at any auto parts store.. Just my 2 cents
One tip though, I would stay away from applying paint with the brush that comes with the kit. It's too big and for regular-sized stone chips is too much. I usually use a toothpick with a very small layer of cotton wool.
Where can I buy the color or paint pen for my car color code?

Actually a paper match, cut on an angle, is a perfect paint touch up "brush". It is fine enough to prevent big blobs, absorbs some paint to avoid drips, and is priced right and totally recyclable!

Don't waste your time and money on crap stuff like that. Make a small investment and you'll have enough for the life of your car. Most towns have a NAPA and you should be able to get it there. If not take a small drive and get the stuff and enjoy driving the car.

Make the investment in the above post, the payoff in the end is much better.
Touch up paint goes on the scratch first. Some have clear already in there. If you chip has any bare metal then you would need to apply a little primer first. Just make sure there is no rust present, if so you need to remove it. You can use a new box cutter blade. Just use the tip and lightly scrape/scratch the surface until it's free of the rust.
Clear goes on top of the paint and in this case on top of the touch up paint to protect the paint and and give provide a shine.
