Scraped bottom of rocker panel

My wife was driving and we cleared a speed bump that was kinda triangle shaped so when we went over it the car bounced a little and the right rocker panel got scraped.
Why can't these bozos who do the speed bumps at least make them a little more forgiving by rolling the sides.
