Saying goodbyw to my E60 in favour of 335d coupe
#22
Lovely ....
Just waiting for mine to arrive.
Test drove a 335i with those 19" wheels and was surprised how good they were - I was expecting to rattle my teeth out, and while definitely firm they are not uncomfortable at all. Nice and direct.

My Ride: 535d M-Sport '06 Plate - Carbon Black - Black Leather - Pro Sat Nav - Logic 7 - HUD - Bluetooth - Privacy Glass - 172M 19" Alloys - Heated Seats - PDC - Adaptive Headlights - Extended Voice Control - Paintshield Extended - M5 Boot Finisher - Bright White LED Internal Lighting - Dension Gateway 500 Ipod/USB/Aux Integration
Still not convinced on the styling. It's just.........ummmmmmm........uninspiring.
I'll be sticking with my 535d for a long time yet. A coupe just isn't practical for me anyway.
Congratulations on the new car though. Let us know how it compares to the 535d. I'm sure the 3.0 litre Biturbo power in a car lighter than the 5 will be awesome.
I wonder what Mr. DMS will come up with from that powerplant!

you will love it.
Had the 535d on test for 3 days before i chose and this was so much faster and lighter and really does stick to the road.
Ive had 2 5 series E60's now and i just thought they started to look a bit dated. So this was perfect for me.

Thanks, very nice pics! How's the elbow room inside?
its not as spacious as the 5 but not a massive difference. They have used the space well and the boot is a good size too!
