There is a E60 LCI product overview bulletin released to the UK dealers by BMW UK, I work at a UK dealer. We (UK) are also getting the M5 touring as well!
Any other info for the UK then? (Other that what's here) Expected delivery dates perhaps? Confirmation of crazy decision not to release 535i?

OK Thanks.

Where are the iPod connector and the USB port located?
Glovebox?
There is an Aux audio input and a USB connector located in the rear of the centre console.

Well there is an improved 825watt hifi , the buttons on the console can be programmed to do individual functions like 1 could phone the office, 2 could set your navigation to take you home , 3 could phone your wife , 4 could phone your girlfriend and 5 could take you to your girlfriend etc.

The 535d LCI is available from this document info as far as I can tell?

6=divorce lawyer?

Right, I'd want 286bhp 535d with 'updated' quickshift/paddles step, 19" non-runflat tyres, nice leather/wood interior, M-Sport model... Can I get this and when?

Its a model update so any time from start of production is 1st March 07 and roll out is 24th March, I dont know how long it will take you to get one once it has been ordered as I work in the workshop not the showroom unfortunately.
You will have to sort the tyres out on your own! The new gearbox has rave reviews they reckon it gets better fuel economy than the manuals.

Sounds like your list means you can't have a car until at least next June (maybe July)

- sports automatic transmission (w/ paddles) not available until June according to BMW (with delivery possibly later)
- 19" non-run flats might still be a factory order (as they are today) but even that's getting risky as they now have 19" run-flats on the E92 (and X5) so they might go 100% run-flat on the E60 as well. Yikes!

Dealer has committed to honour the 12.2% discount on list and options that I negotiated on the original deal..........have it in writing
12.2% is a good discount. Which dealer is that, he might get my business as well.
