it's bent. You're lucky it didn't crack/break. Glad no one's hurt.
These rims have marginal capability when it comes to road hazards. Do a search, lots to choose from.

For me, 3 of 4 are "bent" but i cannot feel it. I don't doubt the measurements to determine "roundness", there are tons of seams/ potholes, etc. that could be responsible.

Good luck, mike

Thanks all!

I will call my BMW teach today and see what he says. Most probably is it not that easy to get a new rim from the shelf so I have to figure out a temporary solution during the time. I have tried to see if I can even get a new tyre but it seems like 275's is not so popular to have in stock.

To bad that I'm not at home, I have the 4 original 138 wheels in my storage untouched from the car was new.

wowe: Tack f?r infon! T?nkte f?rs?ka ta det lite lungt hem.

If changing the tire is not really feasible at the moment, I think driving 500km on the tire is doable as long as you don't go over 80kph. I recently drove about 200km with a tire that was ripped apart at 2 spots 5 inches apart. The tire was totally deflated, but I was able to get it to the dealership 200km away safely.
