Today morning while I heading to the airport.

Damn, you guys know any good repair shops in Chicago? My fender, bumper, lights - all will need a change.

Any suggestions on whether to sue for lost value of the car?

She was trying to get out of the alley coming from the apartments and run over the double yellow line to the other side of the road. There was quite a bit of traffic, so she came from between the cars, before I could see her and BOOOM on my right front bumper. The impact was pretty hard for her , almost made her car rise in the air for 2 seconds and land almost right in front of me (not exactly infront as in the picture)

My E60 ofcourse, didn't even even move from the impact.

The angles are off for it to happen that way. Her right front has most of the damage and yet your left front appears unharmed, meaning the impact happened to your right front. For that to happen it had to be nearly head on. Any pics of the damage to your car?

Yup, her front hit my front right bumper. Don't go by her car's position in the pictures alone, she had to move into the lane to avoid being in the middle of traffic. Ah /.. let me take that DSLR out for some pictures of my bumper. Will post them in a bit.

Oh, I wasn't going off the positions of the cars. Instead I was going off where the point of impact was on each car. She hit you nearly head on, so it seems unlikely that she was coming from the side.
