I first tried beverly hills bmw and they said no-can-do with no appointment. Who makes an appointment for a flat tire?
So i went to my local service station guy and they plugged it and sent me on my way.
I'm not too worried about the fix. The nail was small and well toward the middle of the car but knowing now it should be patched from the inside out I'll be much more careful.
