I am purchasing a set of the stock style 124 staggered wheels for my car, these are the wheels that come on the car from the factory with the sport package which my car does have. I am NOT a fan of the Run flats but the wheels come with a set of virtually new Potenza RFT tires. I figured I would run them for a while. My car does have a spare tire.
So are the RFT's ok on my 08 with sport package? Or is there a suspension issue? I'm unsure if they came with them in 08.
Thanks!

The only good thing a run flat is for is if you have a flat... HA! Other than that they are nice when new, but after a little wear they are rough, noisy and you start thinking why did I spend that much on these tires?

No experience with those run-flats but when I bought my 535i in 2011 it had the stock Dunlop run-flats. Luckily they were already way worn down so I had an excuse to upgrade to some Michelin PSS! The ~5,000 miles I drove with the run-flats were awful. It was a totally different car when I fitted it with Super Sports.
