I spent all day Saturday installing a Rogue SSK in the 04 545. When I moved to the 545 from a e30 540, I missed the short shift of the UUC in that car. So, after pulling all the guts out from under the car to see if I could even get to the shifter, I was able to finally finagle all the parts in place. And what a difference in the shifter movement. This changes the entire shifting characteristics of the car to a very short "snick--snick" and removes some of the original notchiness. While I was under the car I changed the tranny fluid, removed the clutch cdv and bled the hydraulic system. A long day but well worth the time and energy!

I had the Rogue SSK in my M3 and considered it to be far superior to the UUC. I also drove my CA's 650 with the Rogue and the shifts were incredibly short and smooth. Great product (and great guys by the way).

I've got this mod on my to-do list, specifically the Rogue SSK as well. Wife has been lenient on the Hamman front-splitter, AFE intake, Magnaflow exhaust. Might was well throw the SSK and CDV-delete while she's in a good mood.

This should be no problem. reach down into your panty drawer where the cash is squirreled away and pull out about $500-$600. This should cover parts and install. As far as the parst on the car, she will never know the difference. So, if you can get past the cash thing, you are home free.
