What tyres do you have on now (i.e. what make/model)?
Overall a good tyre. IIRC they were just over a ton each last year.

Don't light the torches and come to my door, but I like the run flats.... NO I am not joking....
On my VW R32 I have a set of BFG KDW II's , Max performance , ultra low profiles, on a Rock hard suspention ( the drive between Birmingham to Atlanta on I-20 I bought a Mouth guard to keep my teeth from getting damaged). That is a hard suspention. Also this car does not have a Spare at all , and there is no space to put one in the back without modification, also no run flats from the factory, a bottle of goo, a Air compressor , and a Phone number is all you get. The goo does not work on Side wall damage or large holes.
I love the RFT on my 5, they are much quieter, I have added safety and mobility, I don't have to worry as much if the wife drives it and gets a flat and tells me on the way out the door on the way to work... I did get the sport Package here in the USA which comes with a Space saver and jack. I thought it kinda funny with the run flats. I am a bit peeved with the donlops though , I have had them on my R, my e30 and a Merc, and I won't buy another set. Any other "Good" RFT recomendations?

As others have mentioned, RFT's are horrible in terms of ride quality. You'll notice a big difference with standard tires (non RFT).

What tire do you guys recommend if I want to remove my 18" RFT's? If you were to choose from this list, which is one would you pick? Michelin, Continental or TOYO. Thanks

I have changed the RFT to Michelin PS2 and would recommend them! I think the continental contact sport are also good.

Can you change the tyres to non RTF's in pairs? In othe words, can I change my rear tyres (which are near the limit of wear) to non RFT's and leave the front's to a later date when they have worn also (both fronts are new)?
Or do you have to change all four tyres at the same time? Is it even legal to mix RFT's and non RFT's?

If it were me, I'd change all four - mixing and matching RFT and non front to rear reminds me of the old school no-no of bias-ply and radials.
Another downside to RFTs is they are a PITA to mount and dismount which increases the risk of the tire shop scratching or worst case, even bending the wheels. RFTs take a special tire machine, look for a shop with a Hunter RFT tire changer.
