Is it possible to retrofit something to a 2008 e60 so that you could plug in your cellphone and utilize the antenna and charging?

I assume everything is prewired into the center console, it's just a matter of getting everything to play nice.

I'm not looking for a premade BMW cradle, (as phones change so often), but rather a way to wire up the prewiring and then be able to swap out the connection to the phone if you change phones. Maybe a USB interface? I have a Motorola X whatever it is. It plugs in through the USB connection, not a proprietary plug on the bottom of the phone.
