Personally my vote still goes to Dension because it gives me USB audio and iPOD in one unit with no modifications needed.

Certainly if it needs a ULM to power it then the price will work out only slightly cheaper then the gateway 500 and it wont be worth it. But if I can retro fit the USB audio for under ?200 then that is the way I would like to go as I only want to run a memory stick with albums on it. The instructions are printed at the dealer apparently so Im going to ask for a set next week when my car goes in for warranty work.
EDIT: just looked at the price of the gateway 500 and its only ?260 so the USB/Audio will work out nearly twice the price if you have to get the ULM module too.
