Someone may well chip in with exactly what would need done but I think trying to completely retrofit OE could prove difficult and expensive. I can see right away that you'd be missing the seat heating switches on your console. I considered the above for my 2006 7 Series BMW after reading someone was very pleased with the kit after installing it in an E60 5 Series BMW. The way the R129 seat back and base easily detatch may make fitting relatively easy. You have to slip the heat pad in beneath the cover but on top of the foam. I think it could be quite easy to pick up the power feed etc from the wiring to each seat's electric operation
