My car sent in a service request and my local BMW dealership called me to schedule an oil and spark plug change.

I just changed the oil myself and reset the service indicator, but I didn't see an indicator for spark plugs. I've seen video clips of this indicator on Pre-LCI cars.

Is there a way to view/reset this or is replacing the spark plugs on an LCI car just based on mileage?

Thanks, but you didn't completely read or understand my original post.

I already reset the Oil Change service indicator using the method in the link above. The problem appears to be that on LCI cars, the only service indicators that can be reset using this method are Oil, Cabin Filters, Front Brakes, Rear Brakes, Brake Fluid, and Vehicle Check.

Other items such as Coolant and Spark Plugs are not there - but the videos done on pre-LCI cars shows them.

What's confusing is that my car sent a service request to BMW and when they called to set up an appointment they said the car need both an Oil and Spark Plug change. The Oil Change was obvious - anybody know how the figured the car needed new spark plugs?

Our cars have CBS (Condition Based Service) indicators. If you are reaching the 100K mark with your car and you are connected to BMW Service, they are able to gather that data as a courtesy to you. It's the same way they could provide the Police with your exact location in case of an accident because your car "talks" to the computers at BMW about the airbags it just deployed.
