Replacing headlight LEDs to White?

Hello everyone,
So I was looking through some european advertising material for the E60 and it looks like the LED in the front headlight is white. In our US versions the LED appears white, but lights up ugly yellow... I wonder if anyone has thought of replacing the yellow LED with one that lights up white? I know the LED is fairly easily removeable...
Does the european E60 LED light up white?
Please chime in if you have any idea...

In the UK I think there is some obscure law saying that white lights can only face forwards.
I'm sure PC Plod wouldn't pull us up especially because we have white eyebrows instead of muddy yellow though

Oh, Okay that makes sense.
Someone should come out with a mod that makes the LED white! I'd buy it in an instant, I can't stand yellow on a car...

The LEDs are yellow worldwide, but its the reflector just under the LEDs that are white in EU and yellow in USA for pre-LCI.
