Ok, I've had enough of the noise from the Dunlop Run flats, What do you guys think?? Should I replace with the same? How about the pilots? What other great tires are out there? I'm looking for some help here, tell me what you think?

Thanks

Check out the Goodyear Eagle F1 GS-D3, Michelin PS2, or Bridgestone S-03. All great tires, the tirerack reviews are here:

Check out the Tire Rack, but I will summarize. For Maximum Performance Summer tire, it seems that Goodyear Eagel f1 GS-d3 (Wolverine has them AFAIK), or Michelin Pilot Sport PS2 (couple members have) or the Bridgestone S-03 are top of the list.

For Ultra High Performance All Season, either the Michelin Pilot sport A/S or the Pirelli PZero Nero M+S.

See Wolverine Beat me to it.

I used both the S-03 and the Eagle F1 Gs-D3 on my 2001 540iA Sport, and can say that the Goodyear was WAY better in my opinion. Less tramlining, more responsive steering and never squealed. The S-03 would never stop squealing on corners - I hated that. Plus, they simply wouldn't balance as well as the Goodyears.

I will definitely be replacing with the Eagles, when the run-flats die.

I have the bridgestone run flats with 23.000 kms and they are finished.
Lots of noise when breaking, cornering. I can't stand the noise any more. I'm looking for new tires, maybe not the run flats...

How many miles can you put on Goodyear Eagle F1 GS-D3, Michelin PS2, or Bridgestone S-03?

I know it will vary with your driving style, but I would like a rough estimate life for Maximum Performance Summer tires. Will Ultra High Performance All Season such as Michelin Pilot sport A/S last a lot longer?
