What you guys think about Remus, anyone have it installed?

Also, I have seen it labeled as "Sport" on Modbargains..
http://www.modbargains.com/Remus-Spo...-545i-550i.htm

Is this the same thing? If so, obviously much better deal.

Thanks for the input and if anyone is parting out or selling any exhaust, let me know.. im lookin.

Yes, both the same exact exhaust systems - the Remus part #'s match. Which car do you have? Have you considered RPI? The 525/530 exhaust is about $699 and has proven gains. Either way, good luck

Can I still get the RPi for that cheap with the 550?

How much is install typically, clearly it various depending on where you go, but what's normal to pay?

Install isn't that much because they only need to cut off some of the OEM exhaust and clamp on the RPI. Figure around $65-85 for install I would think. I am not sure if the 550 prices are the same, you'd have to contact Nerweezy for pricing.

Check his profile location. He's in Oregon so Neweezy's price won't apply to his area nooob! haha sorry I had to do it John. Twice in 1 thread!

Remus is a great and proven product!

It will definitely provide an aggressive quality sound.

I have it on my 545i. It's got a nice growl at low-mid RPM and quiet at highway speeds. I've got an SMG so I can here the growl at every shift. I would have loved the RPI but could resist the part out deal from another member.
