Anyone could share the experience on how to remove the wooden pattern door trim and the silver color plastic cover for window switch in the attached photos (reference photo from e bay)?
Do I need to demount the whole interior panel from the door and un-screw any fixing nut from the back?

Or just push it out by Flat head screw driver at the front?

You cant use any screw driver...you must remove battery negative cable and follow the manual:
