I'm sorry my TIS version doesn't have the LCI cars on it.

I'll try to get this one together but it might take a couple days...
Just be warned that you shouldn't mess with these door panels without the proper instructions since there are air bags in there, etc. (Hopefully you'll be patient enough to wait until I've had a chance to build the document.)

I have it but it's quite a complex document for me to put together -- it has many linked tasks, etc. and in case everyone didn't already know, when I post a .pdf document with links, etc., I have to create each and every one of them manually.

thx
PS - take your time - since this appears to be a complex task, it's going to be a while before I will be able to get to it anyway

Cool...I have the 18V portable with the "Big Ugly" blade that'll cut through anything. So probably best to start from the outside, remove the outer door skin, being careful to avoid the door handle, then work through the door frame, finally having access to the rear side of the inside door panel. Unscrew both screws holding in the ashtray enclosure, then get out the MIG welder, reattach the door frame, then the outer door skin, then grind, sand and paint. I'll get to it this Sat and post pics in the DIY section....
Or even better yet, I'll purchase new rear doors with the "smoker's delete package

Now it just needs a little polishing, and it will be as good as new...

Hey - I think I managed quite well, following your instructions.
